Do you accept returns or exchanges?
The rules are pretty simple:

Shirts can be returned or exchanged if they still have the original tags and have not been worn (other than trying on). Shirts may also be returned if it has a valid manufacturers defect. Shirts bought in the wrong size may only be exchanged. All additional shipping costs will be at the customers expense. We don’t charge restocking fees so we encourage people to send something back if it is the wrong size.

Where is Filthy Laundry made?
Unless otherwise specified Filthy Laundry is made in the USA out of domestic components with labor of love.
What shirts do you use for printing?
All of the product descriptions list what company produced the shirt. The majority of shirts are produced using American Apparel blanks (AA). Their shirts tend to run a bit tighter throughout the chest and have a little bit more length than your average t-shirt. The cotton is a bit lighter weight so it feels more comfortable againts the skin as well. On the American Apparel website they have a pretty solid size chart. Please note if a shirt we use is ever produced outside of the united states it will be posted in the product description. In most cases the shirts used from overseas are from Alternative Apparel a company committed to fair labor and anti-sweatshop guidelines.

How do you charge for shipping?
Shipping & handling in the U.S. & Canada is $5.00 for the first t-shirt and $2.00 for the second each shirt after that is shipped free of charge. We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic shirt orders & First-Class Mail for all other orders. Shipping to other countries is $7 per shirt or e-mail for special arrangements. International shirts ship via U.S. Postal Service Global Priority mail. We can use Fedex or UPS for all orders however special arrangements must be made prior to order.
How long does it take once I make an order?
Good question, usually shirts will go out in 2-3 business days. However periodically Filthy Laundry needs to shut down for maintenance, travel, or other reasons. If for any reason service is disrupted it will be posted on the FAQs page. And an email will be sent letting you know when your gear will be sent out.
Do you have sizes larger than X-Large or smaller than small?
Yes, although it is considered a special order we will not charge extra for the shirt, we will just ask for 2-3 weeks for delivery because we may or may not have the product in-house. You can arrange a special order by emailing filthy@filthylaundryliving.com and requesting the special size you need. Please remember to let us know which shirt, and we will respond with all the appropriate information needed to complete the order.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
